Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Oregon Angler, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Oregon Angler provides fishing-related information for Oregon, including bar reports, marine forecasts, tides, fish counts, stocking schedules, regulations references, a GPS fishing log, maps, and community features. Information is aggregated from public sources (NOAA/NWS, ODFW, USGS and others) and is provided "as is."

Conditions, bar reports, tides and forecasts may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Always verify conditions independently and confirm bar status on VHF Channel 16 before crossing. Oregon Angler is not a substitute for official marine forecasts, a marine VHF radio, an EPIRB/PLB, proper training, or your own judgment. You are responsible for your own safety on the water.

Fishing seasons, bag limits and regulations change frequently. The regulations and limits shown are for reference only and may not be current. You are responsible for confirming and following all current ODFW regulations before fishing or harvesting.

Oregon Angler offers a subscription of $1.99/month with a 3-day free trial. You will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel anytime through the billing portal; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period unless required by law. Payments are processed by Stripe.

You are responsible for content you post. By posting, you grant us a license to display it within the app. Forum rules prohibit selling, spamming, disrespectful comments, and crude or lewd language. We may remove flagged or rule-violating content and suspend accounts that abuse the service. Do not post unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.

The app, its design and its original content are owned by Oregon Angler. Public data remains the property of its respective sources. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the service without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oregon Angler and its creator are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its information. Use the app at your own risk.

We may update these terms or the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
